"KCS" Supportive Housing Program
We discuss prioritizing, and budgeting with our clients before we advocate on their behalf to move in their new home. We make certain the have cleared up all of their obligations and have NO pending evictions. I
Homeless outreach: Our organization provides direct aid to homeless families and individuals by providing them with immediate basic household needs and food as they make the transition to permanent housing. We help hundreds of homeless families and individuals, including single-parent families, extended families, senior citizens, and veterans. We have face-to-face interaction with people experiencing homelessness. We go out into our community, temporary motels, shelters, meal sites, libraries, public facilities, and wherever else people might be found. We also have a social media page that attracts new clients as well. In active outreach, KCS seeks out and connects with individuals and families who are homeless, and we contact our current clients as well to make certain they do not need added help or have a friend in need.
Financial help; utility payments; case management; credit repair, budgeting, and money management; data collection evaluation will be the essential components of Homelessness Prevention.
