Employment Assistance
"KCS" will help members learn leadership, responsibility, and self confidence. Members will learn the appropriate dress code for interviews.
Professional clothing is a must to participate in the workshop.
Our Workshop Professionals will provide members with ways to identify and cultivate their interests. We will teach soft skills, stressing communication with employers, dressing, and conflict resolution. We will work with employers in placing the members at job locations.
(Members should participate in Resume Writing Workshop as well)
We will follow up with our members and their employers for at least six months. We will contact employers after the first few weeks, and again after a few months, to inquire about any problems and gauge progress.
